TIE BACK TOP

Good morning! I’m back from Nantucket and ready to hit the ground running after a weekend full of wedding planning with my mom and Will. I can’t believe the big day is only three and a half months away, ahhh! We’ll be back on the island for Memorial Day weekend and I’m already counting down the days. After living in Texas for two years, I don’t think I’ll ever again take for granted the proximity of Connecticut to Nantucket! ??

My brother Grayson snapped this outfit for me on our street in Greenwich before the weekend, but it’d be a great outfit to wear on Nantucket too. White jeans and Jack Rogers are basically my island uniform! And I have to tell you guys I’ve been carrying this bamboo handbag just about every day. I was a little on the fence about it when it first arrived because it’s definitely a slouchy / unstructured style, but it fits literally everything (laptop, ballet flats, cosmetic case, etc.) and I love that it has a zipped divider right down the center which helps keep things organized. A few of you had emailed me with questions about it after I first carried it in this post, and I have to report I’m even more in love it with it now than I was then! It was definitely a good purchase for me based on cost per wear.
