Being in Florida with Teddy a couple weeks ago made me even more excited for warm weather to make its way to Connecticut. There’s nothing I love more than watching him experience something for the first time and there are so many fun firsts to look forward to in the months ahead!
We took him for a stroll along the beach and I was happy I’d packed these wedge espadrilles for the occasion. They’re part of Cole Haan’s Cloudfeel collection and it’s crazy how comfortable they are given their 3.5” height. I live in wedges during the summer months (anything for a few extra inches, especially with a dress!) but the padded footbed and rubber sole on these make them easily the most walkable pair I own. If you don’t need the extra height (jealous!), I’d suggest this flat pair from the same collection — I just saw they make them in navy as well and feel like they’d be the perfect travel shoe if you’re headed somewhere warm. And if you want a happy medium between the two, the 2.5” block heel on this pair makes them an easy pick for wedding season. Will round up a few more favorites in the slideshow below!
