I’ve been seeing photos of Southern Living‘s 2021 Idea House pop up on my Instagram feed and finally had to track down a full tour to take in every last detail. It’s a new construction home in Louisville, Kentucky, decorated by Sarah Bartholomew (I adore her work!) and let’s just say it is dream house caliber in every way. This article contains a ton more photos and information about each space if you’re curious, but I just had to show you some of my favorite rooms and round up a few finds with a similar feel in case you love it as much as I do!

Isn’t it stunning? The bones of the house are stunning and I don’t pretend to have a fraction of Sarah Bartholomew’s eye, but below are a few recent finds with similarly inspired details — checkerboard floors! chocolate brown! fringe trim! rattan! — at a variety of price points if you love the aesthetic:
