A $39 BOW SHOULDER DRESS

Of course it’s much too cold to wear this dress anywhere but inside my own home in Connecticut right now but I’ve gotten so many follow-up questions since I first shared this $39 bow shoulder dress on my Instagram story that I wanted to post a photo of it here! I’m wearing the navy blue in a size small — I read that the white is partially sheer so perhaps better as a swim cover-up. But the navy is perfectly opaque and can definitely be worn beyond the beach or pool. It reminds me a lot of this Xirena dress I lived in all last summer!
