If you’re looking for a truly classic navy and white striped sweater, this mock neck style sweater is an excellent choice. It’s made of super soft Peruvian cotton and is a perfect weight to wear in all seasons. I’ve been throwing it over my shoulders for breezy nights in town and will also wear it with jeans and boots in the cooler months. It comes in a number of different colors (I also love the ice blue and white!) and fits true to size, but I went up one from my usual size (from an XS to a small) for an ever-so-slightly oversized fit I love.
I also cannot say enough good things about the Alice Walk cotton gauze beach pants. I have now turned several girlfriends onto the magic of these pants and ordered the navy pair for myself! They’re effortlessly chic whether you wear them with a striped sweater or linen shirt or just over a swimsuit for an elevated beach or pool look. The wide elastic waistband makes them extremely comfortable (and still a bit dressier than similar pairs that have a drawstring) and I appreciate the side seam pockets too. They’re intended to have a slightly cropped fit but are close to floor length on me as I’m 5’1″!
