We are heading into fall sports season with three preschool boys (ages 2, 3, and 4 until Teddy turns 5 at the end of the month!) and I’ve found myself shopping for boys’ activewear that will work for everything from preschool gym class to afternoon tennis practices. Teddy had his first day of soccer last week so I’ve been seeking out t-shirts and shorts in more breathable fabric choices as well as sweatshirts and sweatpants to mix in once we get into cooler weather.

I mostly stick to cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts, but I recently discovered these cute athletic shorts in a more moisture-wicking fabric and plan to stock up in multiples. Most of the time our boys are still content to let me dress them in polo shirts and chino pants as their everyday wear, but I know the age where they only want to wear athletic clothes is coming, so I thought I’d round up some cute activewear picks for the little guy(s) in your life!
