We have boys headed into kindergarten (!), preschool fours, and preschool threes this fall and I’ve been working on getting each of their closets organized for the start of the school year. With four boys, I rely heavily on core wardrobe staples that wash well and hold up as hand-me-downs — think white polo shirts that I buy in multiples, my favorite shorts for little boys, and these everyday chinos that our boys wear quite literally every day for about nine months of the year.
