I’ve shared recent glimpses of our backyard here and here but I wanted to highlight the climbing roses trellises we added along one side of our pool! We had a long, window-less wall of our garage and I wanted to add some architectural interest without the expense of installing new windows, so I found these arched trellises and my mom planted our favorite New Dawn climbing roses (which are ubiquitous on Nantucket but grow well in Connecticut too — this is year two for ours!).
