I forgot to post these photos from Connecticut before we left for Nantucket and still wanted to share in case anyone’s contemplating new outdoor furniture this summer! We’ve been happy with the outdoor furniture from the Ballard Designs Miles Redd Bermuda collection that we bought a couple years ago (you can see photos at the bottom of this post) and recently added the matching outdoor console to our back porch. We desperately needed outdoor storage for pool floats, sidewalk chalk (we have a gravel driveway so the kids use this on the back patio instead), and various outdoor games and I searched high and low and ultimately couldn’t find anything I loved as much as this piece from the same collection. I generally avoid matching furniture sets when it comes to decorating tour home but for some reason I actually love the matchy-matchy look outside!
