THE BEST LAST-MINUTE GIFTS FROM AMAZON

If you’re searching for last-minute gifts that will still arrive in time for Christmas, you’ve come to the right place! I know so many of us are feeling the holiday season overwhelm right now and it doesn’t help when you have last-minute holiday shopping still hanging over your head. The good news is many of my favorite finds from throughout the year can still be ordered in time for Christmas Eve thanks to Amazon Prime and there are great options for just about everyone on your gift list. Whether you need the perfect gift for a family member or last-minute stocking stuffers for kids, I’ve rounded up some of the best gifts and last-minute gift ideas to hopefully help you knock out the last of your holiday shopping!

(A quick disclaimer that these last-minute gift ideas are all showing as available to ship to our home address in Connecticut in time for Christmas Eve with our Amazon Prime membership, but you should still double-check to make sure they’re in stock near you! You should see either a green “arrives before Christmas” or a red “arrives after Christmas” disclaimer just above the “add to cart” button on each product page, so definitely check that out before you place an order and consider your gift list complete!)

Last-minute gifts from Amazon

1. Picture frames.

For a last-minute gift that still has a personal touch, ordering a set of picture frames and having photos printed at your local CVS or Walmart is the perfect gift! Photos can often be printed on just a couple hours’ notice so these make for perfect last-minute Christmas gifts! Any mom or mother-in-law will love these scalloped wicker frames, but this pack of three acrylic picture frames for $22 is a great gift that’s still budget-friendly! I always think this is a thoughtful family member gift for parents, grandparents, and in-laws, but it could also work for anyone who’s just moved into a new apartment or welcomed a new baby.

2. Last-minute gifts for the home.

If you’re looking for last-minute hostess gifts or you need a gift for someone who’s recently moved or gotten married, there are plenty of last-minute Amazon gifts that fit the bill. This pretty faux lemon tree is only $32 and would be beautiful with a big bow tied around the stem and is the perfect size to display on a dresser or tabletop. I also recently ordered this large lettuceware style serving bowl that’s gorgeous in person and that you can only tell is actually melamine once you pick it up and realize how lightweight it is (making it a great pick for anyone with kids or an outdoor dining space!). And this white knife set is one of my favorite things in our kitchen and is also currently on sale, but if you need something a little more compact, you can’t go wrong with these chic twisted taper candles or this incredible scented hand soap (I’ve long adored their rose scent but recently ordered the rosemary for the holidays and it smells amazing!).

3. Last-minute Amazon gifts for your mom or mother-in-law.

My mom and I both love our Tretorn sneakers, which would make a great under $50 gift for a girlfriend or family member. They come in a few different colors but I think the navy and white is a good classic. If you’re thinking self-care gifts, I can’t recommend this neck and shoulder heating pad more highly — I use mine nearly every night and can practically guarantee everyone in your family will want a turn on Christmas Day! Ours pretty much stays on our sectional sofa all winter so one of us can use it while we’re unwinding at night.

4. Last-minute Amazon gifts for your brother or sister.

I love my Amazon Echo alarm clock — it’s an easy way to check the time without checking my phone as I’m trying to fall asleep or in the middle of the night and it also plays music if I need to keep our kids occupied in our room while I get dressed or put away laundry. This would be a great pick for anyone who’s settling into a new space (dorm room, apartment, or house!). I also love this affordable waffle blanket — we have one on each of the twin beds in Teddy’s room and they’re just a great extra layer for this time of year!

5. A towel warmer.

This Amazon towel warmer is one of my favorite finds from the past year and an instant crowd-pleaser with anyone who stays at our home! It’s a great pick that your recipient will want to share with everyone and won’t know how they lived without. It’s the perfect size to throw in a towel or two at the same time you start the shower or bathtub and the towel(s) will be warm by the time you get out. This has been one of the most popular gift ideas I’ve shared this holiday season and I know it’s going to be a big hit!

Last-minute Amazon gifts for kids

Of course last-minute Amazon gifts for kids will depend on the age(s) of your little one(s), but I thought I’d share a few of my favorite finds and stocking stuffers for our kids (one-, two-, and four-year-old boys!) that you can still have shipped in time for Christmas Eve! I felt like I was in a pretty good place on bigger gifts for our kids but did a big Amazon order of stocking stuffers at the end of last week that should all arrive in plenty of time.

1. Last-minute Amazon gifts for toddlers.

I can’t discuss  gifts for toddlers without including a rave review for our beloved Melissa & Doug cleaning set. This has been a favorite for both our first and third sons (our second is all trucks and trains, all the time) and a go-to gift of mine as soon as little ones have learned to walk! Truly this has seen daily use in our home from the time the boys turned maybe 14 or 15 months and it’s a great gift at a $20 price point.

If you want to spend a little more, the Toniebox is also a daily top choice in our house and the red one is available on Amazon Prime right now. It’s a screen-free storytelling device that our boys have gotten interested in as early as a year old — wrap it up with a Tonie character or two (I’m giving a couple Paw Patrol and Thomas the Train Tonies this Christmas) and prepare to be amazed at how enthralled your little one(s) will be!

2. A bounce house.

If you’re looking for a high impact gift for kids, this aesthetically pleasing bounce house is one of my favorite finds for our boys’ backyard birthday parties (and we’ve even blown it up indoors on particularly dreary winter days!) and I can’t believe it’s available to ship in time for Christmas Eve! A home run gift for kids of all ages and it folds up nice and compact so it’s the perfect size to store in a basement or garage. Another great pick with similar wow factor is this outdoor kids’ table set that a few of our friends have — it is absolutely adorable in person. Would be so fun to surprise your kiddo(s) with on Christmas morning if you can get it all set up on Christmas Eve!

3. Activity gifts for toddlers.

I made tie-dye shirts and friendship bracelets with our four-year-old a couple different weekends this fall and both were a big hit! And a restock on coloring supplies is always a great gift that usually arrives next day if you have Amazon Prime.

4. Last-minute stocking stuffers for kids.

If you have a truck-loving toddler in your life, I consider this road tape a godsend in cold weather when we’re all stuck inside for months on end. You can create an entire neighborhood of roadways for all their cars and trucks, make shapes, or even spell out their names and then it comes right up without damaging your floors afterwards. I also can’t wait to play this Uno card game as a family when our boys are just a little bit older!

I hope these last-minute Amazon gifts help with anyone who’s left on your holiday shopping list and help relieve a little holiday overwhelm so you can enjoy the rest of your holiday season!
