In keeping with my reflections on 2023 and thoughts on 2024, I am forcing myself to slooow down and ease into the new year. I say forcing because it is not my natural tendency to allow myself the time to pause, but it feels necessary after the rush leading up to the holidays and I’m trusting that all my usual New Year’s inspiration and motivation will come in due time.
