MY 15 BEST PURCHASES OF 2025

I hope everyone’s 2026 is off to a good start! I shared some reflections on the past year and thoughts for the year ahead here if you’re interested and today I’m sharing my 15 best purchases of 2025! These purchases range from household favorites to newfound style staples — I always find something good when I read these kinds of lists from other people so I hope you discover a new favorite or two here as well!

P.S. My best purchases of 2024, my best purchases of 2023, my best purchases of 2022, and my best purchases of 2021.

My 15 best purchases of 2025

artipoppe zeitgiest denim baby carrier
artipoppe denim baby carrier

1. Artipoppe Zeitgeist denim baby carrier

Yes, this baby carrier is a splurge and yes, it’s a perfect example of “buy the best and you’ll only cry once.” The Babybjorn carrier we bought for our first baby was fine, but it hurt my back and shoulders after a little while and so baby-wearing never really became part of my daily routine with our first three babies. I felt crazy buying a new baby carrier for the arrival of our fourth child, but now my only regret is not buying it five years sooner — I’ve worn Rory more than I did our first three combined! I love that the denim Artipoppe makes it feel more chic than utilitarian, but even more than that, I love that it goes around your shoulders and your waist so the baby’s weight is more evenly distributed. I’ve used ours almost daily since Rory was born 10 months ago and imagine I’ll be using it comfortably for the next 10 as well! I’ve heard from a couple girlfriends that this Mabe carrier is similar if you want a comparable look and fit for less.

white walking pad treadmill

2. Foldable walking pad treadmill

I think I technically bought this walking pad in 2024, but this was the year that it became part of my daily routine to get at least 10,000 steps every day at the standing desk my dad built for me in my little garden house home office. This walking treadmill habit has been the single greatest addition to my routine maybe since I first became a mom — I can answer emails or edit photos while I’m walking and I think it’s made an appreciable difference in both my physical and mental health. I’ve even worn Rory in the Artipoppe carrier while getting my steps in!

noodle & boo room spray

3. Noodle & Boo room spray

If you have a diaper pail in your home, you absolutely need this room spray. The smell of Noodle & Boo baby shampoo is so nostalgic to me and now I can make the whole nursery smell like a freshly bathed bébé! I posted this on Instagram and have gotten so many messages from moms who love this as much as I do. Highly, highly recommend for a little one’s room!

mini hair brushes for children

4. Eight-pack of mini hairbrushes

Okay, this set is technically marketed as party favors for a bachelorette weekend but hear me out: I could never find a kids’ hairbrush when I needed one, so I bought this inexpensive eight-pack and dispersed them all throughout the house — in each bedroom and bathroom, in the junk drawer in our kitchen, and even in the car. Sometimes the littlest things make a big difference?!

wireless-touch-table-lamps-in-our-kitchen

5. Pottery Barn wireless touch table lamps

I added these pretty wireless touch lamps to the windows on either side of the stove in our kitchen and they give off the prettiest glow in the evenings without turning on overhead lights. Cannot recommend more highly for cozy ambient lighting especially while it’s getting dark before 5 p.m. These from Amazon have a similar look for less!

Coop Home Goods Original Cut-Out Adjustable Pillow

6. Coop Home Goods cut-out adjustable pillow

I bought this out of desperation after seeing a couple people on Instagram say it helped them stop waking up with neck pain every morning and I honestly can’t explain why it works but it does! I couldn’t believe how much better I felt after sleeping on it for the first time. If you’re a side sleeper who wakes up with neck pain, this is absolutely worth a try!

alice walk cashmere wrap and mme mink audrey bow bag 3 copy

7. Alice Walk cashmere wrap

I’ve been eyeing these pretty cashmere wraps for years and finally ordered one in time for my brother’s wedding on Nantucket when the forecast looked a little chilly. I was so happy to have it to throw on over my bridesmaid’s dress at the cocktail hour and it’s beautiful as an extra layer for less dressy occasions too! A surprisingly versatile piece you’ll have forever (that would also make a thoughtful gift!).

amazon hair finishing stick for postpartum baby hairs

8. Hair finishing sticks

This is my fourth round of postpartum hair loss (I’m surprised I have any hair left, tbh) and now I know to stock up on these hair taming sticks to keep all my new baby hairs from sticking straight out. I keep one in my bathroom and one in my bag so I’m never without one in a pinch!

Tuckernuck-Blue-Stripe-Cropped-Jasper-Button-Down

9. Tuckernuck monogrammed button-down

I’d amassed a pretty chaotic assortment of button-down shirts in all sizes and colors over the course of four pregnancies and just did a big closet purge to donate all the ones that no longer fit in one place or another. I was determined to find a couple replacements I was really excited about and this Tuckernuck button-down has been such a winner! I love the classic blue and white stripe and especially the tiny monogram. It’s also slightly cropped so you can wear it tucked or untucked. Will absolutely be ordering this in other colors!

Amazon flat hair clips

10. Amazon flat hair clips

A truly foolproof solution for lazy hair days! I’ve worn these 10x more than I thought I would and love keeping one in my bag and in the car.

11. Amazon gingham baby pajamas

Sometimes you just don’t want to spend $50 on a pair of baby pajamas, you know? These gingham PJs from Amazon are $22 (and often go on sale for as little as $15) and they come in the cutest colors (I’ve bought the light blue, navy, and green!). They also have great stretch so they’re easy to get on and off a squirmy little one — honestly an Amazon find I wish I’d known about sooner.

caslon cashmere crewneck sweater nordstrom

12. Nordstrom cashmere crewneck sweaters

I’ve invested in a handful of Ralph Lauren cable-knit cashmere sweaters over the years, but for fun colors I don’t want to splurge on, I’ve absolutely loved these affordable cashmere sweaters from Nordstrom. They routinely go on sale for up to 40% off and I have them in multiple colors to throw on with a t-shirt and jeans as a comfy everyday outfit that’s not too precious around four little kids.

13. EBY wireless bralette

I’ve been everything from an A to a C cup over the past six years of pregnancies and breastfeeding and I was not about to invest in all new bras between every pregnancy. This wireless bralette from EBY comes in more general sizes (small, medium, large, etc.) so the fit is a little more forgiving, plus it’s hands down the comfiest bra I’ve ever worn but still gives you more shape than a basic bralette. This is one of those items I’ve gotten my mom and several girlfriends hooked on as well — once you try these, you may actually want to get rid of every other bra in your closet.

14. K18 hair mask

I’m just going to come out and say it: I’ve never had a hair, skin, or beauty product do as much for me in one single use as this K18 hair mask improved my hair the very first time I used it. I bought it after seeing a girl on TikTok with the most stunning hair named Abbey Yung talk about how she uses it, which is to shampoo, towel dry, put this on for four minutes, and then rinse out when you do your conditioner. Apparently this process is a hot take compared to the instructions on the bottle, but all I know is this did more for me in four minutes than other products have achieved in months. It’s not a lot of product for the price tag, but it made my dry, damaged hair noticeably softer after one use — I immediately knew I’d be repurchasing ad infinitum.

ayr early mornings tee with leggings

15. AYR early mornings tees

Over the past few years I gradually replaced most of my leggings with the Lululemon 28” Align leggings in navy, which saw me through multiple pregnancies, postpartum, and thankfully still fit as good as new. Next up I’m thinking my sweatshirt/fleece/pullover collection could use a revamp (bye bye, cheap oversized sweatshirts I bought every time I was 8 or 9 months pregnant) and this AYR early mornings tee has been my first winner in this category. The weight is somewhere between a t-shirt and a sweatshirt; I first ordered the navy and white stripe and then found myself reaching for it so often I ordered the white and light blue one as well. It’s true to size but has an ever-so-slightly oversized fit that’s perfect to throw on with my go-to leggings and walk our oldest to kindergarten or hop on my walking treadmill. If you want an easy layering piece practically made for everyday mom life, this is right up your alley.
